A Note About Our Pre-Sold Half-Take Tickets

This is an extremely easy way to generate fundraising $$money....and they're for a very good cause.
(The More We Sell - The More We'll Make To Put Back Into Our Organizations!)

The winner DOES NOT need to be present in order to win! Therefore, these tickets can be sold (virtually) anywhere across the country.

These tickets are sold in advance and at every home football game until half-time.  It is not uncommon to win at least $1000.00 per game.  (Not a bad return for only a $1.00 donation.)

If you are a band member, please contact a band booster officer and tell them you want to buy or sell these tickets. If you are a football player, contact your grade rep or a football booster officer (found here) to get your "pre-sold" tickets to sell.

If you are a fan and would like to purchase a ticket but cannot attend any of the games, please see a football player, band member, or a booster officer any time prior to any home game.

5:  $2.00 Gas Card ticket for $500.00 worth of Gas.

(This fundraiser will go off on Labor Day)

This is always a Great Fundraiser.  Buy them for yourself, or sell them to your family or friends!

The winning ticket will receive a $500.00 Gas Card - good for your gas station of choice.

  • All ticket stubs and money must be turned in no later than 8-27-2010
  • Number to be called on Monday, September 6, 2010
  • **2 Numbers**  Plays on the PA Daily (3-digit) Number - drawn at 7:00PM
  • Winning ticket to be paid out on the following day

4:  Night at the Races

(This fundraiser has expired)

This is our annual (joint) fundraising effort between the Football Boosters and the Volleyball Boosters.

Date: May 22, 2010
Location:  Night's of Columbus (Next to St Luke's Church in Bentleyville)
Time:  Doors open @ 6:00PM; Buffet dinner served @ 6:30PM; Races to (promptly) start @ 7:00PM

Tickets:  $10.00 per person.  A limited amount of tickets are available and can be purchased either before the race or at the door.


Last year's "race" was a big success.  With the economy in such bad shape and fundraising everywhere, our athletes and team needs every bit of help they can get.  The more funds this event brings in - the less individual fundraising we'll have to do.  Please come out for an entertaining night and support your teams in any way you can.

3:  Sarris Chocolate Bar / Pretzel Rods

If you're planning on attending the Edinboro Camp, you should be selling this chocolate!

This fundraiser can be sold up to the Edinboro Camp deadline.

  • Camp date TBA at a future time
  • Deadline for this fundraiser is dependent upon camp date....so keep selling!!
  • All profits you earn will be deposited in your own "Bentworth Football" account to help pay for your camp trip.

4:  Superior Italian Hoagie  (Pick up July 29, 2009)  **Delicious**

All orders must be turned in to your Grade Rep, Barb or one of the other Officers by July 22nd along with your money.

For this fundraiser, we're offering one type of hoagie....Italian.  The cost is $6.00 each.


Superior Italian Hoagie - each 9" hoagie contains:
  • 9" Cellone's Hoagie Roll
  • 6-slices of Virginia (brand) Baked Ham
  • 6-slices of Hard Salami
  • 3-slices of Provolone Cheese
  • 3-slices of Yellow American Cheese
  • Leaf Lettuce
  • Bag containing 3-large slices of tomatoes,onions and a packet of Italian Dressing

When turning in your order, fill out and tear off the tally sheet (at the bottom of your order form).  Turn it in along with your money.  You can mark on the tally sheet if you need your order by a certain time.

Your hoagies are to be picked up at the Cokeburg Moose Club (38 Grant Street, Cokeburg) on Wednesday, July 29th.  If you are picking up for lunch-time deliveries or have a need for these at an earlier time, please let us know so we can pack your order first.

Pick up time is any time between 10:00AM and 1:00PM, and then between 4:00PM to 6:00PM.

We need help counting and sorting these hoagie orders.  Any person(s) interested in helping should contact Barb @ 724-554-3799.





3:  Coach's Choice Card(Sell by 7-31-09)

These cards traditionally have been handled and sold by the head coach.  (The Football Boosters are not associated with the sale of them.)  However, the proceeds have always been used towards "personal" clothing and/or other gear or equipment used only by our football players.


You are required to sell these cards.  The cost for each card is $10.00 each.   See Coach Rood if you have questions.

There are eight types of hoagies.  The cost for each is $7.00 (ea).  All subs are 12" long.

American Sub (12"):  Bologna, Boiled Ham, Soft Salami, American Cheese, Provolone Cheese, Italian Dressing, Lettuce, Tomato and Pickles. 

Roast Beef Sub (12"):  Roast Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Barbeque Sauce, Horseradish Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato and Pickles.

Turkey Sub (12"):  Smoked Turkey, American Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Tomato and Pickles.

Italian Sub (12"):  Virginia Baked Ham, Ham Capicola, Genoa Salami, Provolone, Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Italian Dressing, Lettuce, Tomato and Pickles.

Bacon Club Sub (12"):  Virginia Baked Ham, Smoked Turkey, Bacon, American Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese, Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Tomato and Pickles.

Reuben Sub (12"):  Corned Beef on Rye, Swiss Cheese, Thousand Island Dressing, Lettuce, and Pickles.

Pizza Sub (12"): Sandwich Pepperoni, Pizza Sauce Package, Shredded  Mozzarella and Parmesan Package


Vegetarian Sub (12"):  Hot pepper, Cheddarella Cheese, Provolone Cheese, Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Tomato and Green Peppers.


When turning in your order, we only need your tally sheet along with your money.  You can mark on the tally sheet if you need your order by a certain time.

  • These make great Christmas gifts or gifts for any occasion.  We'll even ship them to any "Bearcats" fananywhere within the lower 48 contiguous states, at no extra cost (though the shipping fee will be extra).  Call or email Tim for a shipping quote.
  • The price has been reduced from $25.00 - just in time for your holiday shopping.
  • While they're not really a fundraiser, we'd advise getting yours soon....as they will go quickly.
  • Approx size is 20" x 30".
  • Though they're made to be used outside, they'd look very nice indoors - maybe in your game room, bedroom or bathroom.
  • Using our new "Bearcat Logo"  - the colors are "Black and Gold".
  • These are not silk screened - the colors are sewn in.
  • Made of (soft) washable, nylon-loop, with a non-slip, rubber backing.  To clean, simply hose them off.
