In 2007 and 2008 Coach Santoro served as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach for the Pittsburgh Passion (Pittsburgh's semi-professional women's football team).  

In 2007, they compiled a 21-1 record and captured the 2007 NWFA National Championship.
