June 20, 09:
Seniors RJ Cline and Andrew Hoye were selected to play in this year's Tri-County All Star Game. This year's Tri-County Coaches Association Football Classic was hosted by South Fayette in their beautiful new High School Football Stadium, Saturday evening - June 20th.
Final Score: North 29 -- South 18
As the story-line reads....Char-Houston's "Banas does it all". Even though he
put up all the numbers for our side, look who made it to the front page of Sunday
morning's O-R Sports page. There, in BIG "Black & Gold",
none other than our own "Big Guy" RJ Cline.
To see the picture, you'll have to get your hands on this morning's issue, but you could read the article here on the Observer-Reporter Sports page
The score was North 29 - South 6, thru to the third quarter. Then a
hard to follow "mercy-rule" was put in place that seemed to put the
ball in the hands of the South for the remainder of the game.
Penalty flags were-a-flyin!! They ate up a lot of
the second half, a half that seemed a bit more edgier than you would
think an All Star game should be - probably due to a frustrated South. But overall, it was a good game.
Our Congratulations go out to RJ and Andrew for a job Well Done! Good Luck Guys!!

We want Dedicated Football Players.
It is strongly recommended that all serious football players
attend....from 9th grade and up. This includes all 8th grade football
players who plan on returning next season and will be in the 9th

bus that will take you to the High School. Please Note though, that you will need a parent or guardian for the ride home when weightlifting is over.)
