November 2008:

**Congratulations are in order for Coach and the following players**

RJ Cline (linebacker), Colton Korpus (nosetackle) and Dominic Sicchitano (center) were selected "All Conference".

In addition to being selected "All Conference", RJ Cline was selected "All Media".

We'd also like to give an honorable mention to RJ for being nominated for "Defensive Player of the Year".  Though he lost out to a Clairton player (so he was in good, tough company), there aren't too many a player as well-mannered on the field or deserving as RJ.
  Way to Go Big Guy!

Coach Walters was nominated and then chosen for an award as well.

Coach was chosen by the Referees as the winner of the "Sportsmanship Award among Head Coaches" in the Black Hills Conference.

**Congratulations Coach Walters**

Congratulations  to Coach Walters on the school board's decision to re-employ you for another year.  We know this was just a formality, but we're happy for you just the same.

You have the full support of the Bentworth Football Boosters and that of your team.

August 20, 2007:

Bentworth's "First Annual" High School Football Camp was a Great Success!

We want to extend our thanks to Coach Walters and his staff for rebuilding this team from the ground up.  All of our parents and volunteers for their many hours of behind-the-scenes work....from sun-up till way past sun-down.  For the school district and ground crew for allowing us the use of stadium for the week.  And finally, to all our devoted players for all their hard work and dedication.

We look forward to your continued support during the 2007 Bentworth Bearcats Football season.

We wish our Bearcats Football team much luck and success during this brand new "rebuilding" season!

Sincerely,

The Bentworth Football Boosters
