A New Era has Arrived!
Coach Shaulis and Coach Niziol are your Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Together, they'll be in charge of football's weightlifting department.
WEIGHTLIFTING AND CONDITIONING

We want Dedicated Football Players.
It is strongly recommended that all serious football players
attend....from 9th grade and up. This includes all 8th grade football
players who plan on returning for the 2010 season and will be in the 9th
grade.
Please Note: We do not provide busing. You will need a parent
or guardian for the ride home when daily conditioning is over.
DATES TO MARK IN YOUR CALENDAR:
---Agility/Conditioning/Weightlifting - Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
--3:00PM to 4:45PM through to the end of April. (Track members can participate in our conditioning program till 3:30PM, then proceed to your regularly-scheduled track practice.)
--Open to 7th thru 11th Graders who plan on returning next season to play football.

MIDDLE SCHOOL CONDITIONING

Dates for you to Remember:
---Agility/Conditioning/Weightlifting - Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
--3:00PM to 4:45PM
through to the end of April.
--Open to those 7th and 8th Graders who plan on returning next season to play football.
--You must bring a permission slip from your parent or guardian and take it to the Middle School office before you can participate in our conditioning program.
--Board the bus that takes you to the High School (at the Middle School), then go straight to the weight room. Please Note: The school does not provide busing. You will need a parent
or guardian for the ride home when daily conditioning is over.

When off-season conditioning comes to an end and your actual Middle School Football practice begins in the summer with Coach Scorza, you'll follow the schedule (below):
Where: Bus garage practice field (rain or shine)
When: Summer/Fall - TBA; ...After school begins - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday till about
5:30PM every day
Game-Time: Unless otherwise noted - every Wednesday @ 4:00PM (For "Away" games, you'll leave school early
to arrive by 4:00PM)
The High School Football Boosters provide food for all players
after every game.!
